Depression and Emotional Eating Tip

I’m outside of the Pantheon in Rome, Italy… it’s almost 2000 years old and it’s the largest free-standing dome in the world.

I invite you to connect with yourself now:

These columns behind me are actually one complete piece and most columns would be broken up into pieces and then put together but not these!

These columns were actually brought over from Egypt in one piece and it’s amazing…

You think about the architectural genius in order to create that.

I just spent some quiet time inside connecting with my spirit, connecting with myself, and no matter how hard things are in life, it’s always refreshing to connect with places that have meaning and purpose.

This particular temple is known as the “Temple of All Gods” and that’s why it’s still standing because when Rome was invaded, all these religions would tear down all the other temples of these religions.

But this is the temple of all religions, of all gods, and that’s why it’s stood the test of time…

It’s actually a beautiful metaphor if you think about it because I invite you to ask yourself where can you open up to receive all of what is.

When we want to constrict and deny something that’s actually happening, it sends our cortisol levels racing and makes us store fat which makes us turn to emotional eating so accepting all is very healing and a very sacred practice.

From the ancient colosseum of the Pantheon in Rome, Italy, I bid you eternal peace…

May you find the sense of self inside of you that transcends all time.

Stay true to yourself always…
